I can definitely see a lot of improvement in your portrait work after your concentration pieces! I think the composition is interesting and I'm glad you fixed the curve of hair on the top-right side. I know you've heard this about a million times, but I think you could still push the values further...maybe by going back in with charcoal pencil. I like the darkness of the lips and I think you could spread that value around to other areas. Good job!
